Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns, only exchanges. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the exchange.

There are no restocking fees, and no items are considered final sale.

Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items: 
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:  
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)  

Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
